Booking & getting started
How do I arrange a nurse or attendant?
Call +91 73551 34073, message us on WhatsApp or use the enquiry form. After a short call about the patient’s needs, we suggest a suitable caregiver and confirm the shift, start date and what is included.
How quickly can care start?
Timing depends on the type of care, shift and availability. We will tell you honestly what is possible when you call. For urgent requirements, mention it at the start of the call.
What details should I keep ready?
Patient’s age and condition, the doctor’s prescription or discharge summary, the care tasks needed, day or night shift, your locality in Kanpur, the start date and any gender preference for the caregiver.
How are charges decided?
Charges depend on the kind of care, the length of each shift and the number of days. We explain what is included before care starts so you can decide with clear information.
Can I arrange care for a short period only?
Yes. Short visits of 1-4 hours, a few days of post-surgery support or long-term care are all possible. Tell us how long you expect to need help.
Nurses & attendants
What is the difference between a nurse and a nursing attendant?
A nurse carries out clinical tasks that the doctor has prescribed, such as injections, IV care, wound dressing, tube care and monitoring. A nursing attendant helps with daily living: bathing, feeding, moving, toileting, changing clothes and companionship. Many families need both, and we can advise which suits the patient.
Can I choose a male or female nurse?
Yes. Both male and female nurses and attendants are available. Share your preference, and any other requirement such as language or experience with a particular condition, and we will match as closely as we can.
Can I ask about the caregiver’s qualification and experience?
Yes, please do. Before you confirm, ask us about the training and experience of the nurse or attendant we propose for your case so that you are comfortable with the choice.
Are caregivers screened?
Caregivers go through identity, address and reference checks before they are assigned to a home.
Will the nurse follow my doctor’s instructions?
Yes. Nurses give medicines, injections and other treatment only as prescribed by the treating doctor. Please keep the prescription and any discharge summary available for the nurse.
Types of care
Do you provide 24x7 nursing care?
Yes. We can arrange 12-hour day or night shifts and 24-hour care. The staffing plan for round-the-clock cover is decided with the family based on the patient’s condition.
Can you look after bedridden patients?
Yes. Bedridden patients need regular repositioning, hygiene, pressure-sore prevention, feeding support and monitoring. We arrange nurses and attendants for this at home.
Do you provide care after surgery or hospital discharge?
Yes. Post-operative and post-hospital nursing can include wound dressing, medicine administration, monitoring and help with mobility, following the surgeon’s or doctor’s instructions.
Do you look after tracheostomy, feeding tube, stoma or catheter care?
Yes. Specialised nursing for tracheostomy, gastrostomy or Ryle’s tube feeding, stoma and catheter care can be arranged at home when prescribed by the treating doctor.

Safety & emergencies
Is this an emergency or ambulance service?
No. We provide planned home nursing and patient care. In a medical emergency call 112 or your nearest hospital immediately.
What happens if the patient’s condition worsens?
The nurse will inform the family and the treating doctor. If it is an emergency, call 112 or take the patient to the nearest hospital. Home nursing supports, but does not replace, medical treatment.
Do nurses replace my doctor?
No. Nurses and attendants support the treatment plan set by your doctor. They do not diagnose or change treatment on their own.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve Kanpur Nagar and Lucknow. Please see the Areas We Serve page or call us to confirm your locality.
