About us

About Rama Quality Nursing Services

A local team in Kanpur that arranges nurses, attendants and caretakers, so that patients can be looked after at home.

Who we are

Rama Quality Nursing Services arranges a wide range of healthcare services that can be delivered at home. Home care is often more comfortable for the patient than a long hospital or nursing-home stay, and it lets the family stay involved in day-to-day care.

An in-home nursing service offers personalised nursing care in the patient’s own surroundings. The caregiver becomes part of the daily routine, gets to know the patient and family, and builds the kind of trust that speeds up ordinary things: taking medicines on time, eating properly, resting well, asking for help when needed.

Our office is at 100A/2 Daheli Sujanpur, Kanpur Highway (NH-2), Near Rajni Hospital, Kanpur Nagar, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh - 208013, India. We also work with families in Lucknow. For Kanpur and nearby areas, we plan and coordinate every assignment from this office.

How we work

Our principles

  • Doctor’s advice comes first

Our nurses and attendants follow the treating doctor’s instructions. They do not diagnose or change treatment.

  • Explain before we start

Roles, shift timings and inclusions are explained up front, so the family knows what to expect.

  • Screening before assignment

Caregivers go through identity, address and reference checks before they are sent to a home. You are welcome to ask about the experience of the person we propose.

  • Dignity and comfort

Care is given with privacy and respect, and we take gender preferences seriously: male and female caregivers are both available.

  • Honest about limits

We are not an emergency or ambulance service. If a patient’s condition needs hospital care, we say so plainly.
